Questions
What if I don't know my birth time?
Choose "I don't know" on the form. Your Sun and Moon signs, three of your four pillars, your numerology and much of the Vedic chart do not depend on the hour. Your rising sign, houses, hour pillar and Zi Wei Dou Shu palaces do, so the report will say which parts are less certain. An approximate time is better than none.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes from checkout. We email a link to the reading and the PDF to the address on the form. If it has not arrived after a day, check your spam folder, then write to us.
How is the report made?
We calculate your charts from your birth data with each tradition's own method. That means the solar calendar for BaZi, the lunar calendar for Zi Wei Dou Shu, an astronomical ephemeris for Vedic and Western astrology and Human Design, and Pythagorean values for numerology. The reading is then written from those charts and organized by theme, so every line traces back to something in your chart.
Can I order one for someone else?
Yes. Enter their birth details and your own email address. The questions section works best if you ask what they would want to know.
Can I get a refund?
Reports are not refundable once generated. If you entered the birth details wrong, we will regenerate the report with the corrected details for free.
Is this a prediction?
It is a tool for reflection. It brings together what several traditions say about the same moment so you can consider them side by side. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
