What you are buying

Third Draft is operated by Signature Look, Inc. ("Signature Look", "we", "us"). We sell a personalized digital report, delivered as a PDF by email. The report summarizes what several astrological and related systems (BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Vedic astrology, Western astrology, numerology and Human Design) indicate for the birth details you provide, organized by theme.

How reports are made

Charts are calculated automatically from the birth details you enter. The written interpretation is generated automatically from those calculations. Reports are not reviewed by a person before delivery.

For reflection only

Reports are intended for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they do not predict events with certainty. Do not rely on a report to make decisions about your health, finances, legal matters or safety. Consult a qualified professional for those.

Your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. Report quality depends on them, especially the birth time. If you order a report for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to share their birth details with us.

Price and payment

The price is shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Reports are usually delivered within a few minutes of payment to the email address you provide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your report has not arrived within 48 hours, contact us and we will resend it.

Refunds

Because each report is generated for you, reports are not refundable once generated.
If the birth details you entered were incorrect, we will regenerate the report with corrected details once, at no cost.
If a report fails to generate or arrive, we will deliver it or refund you in full.

Privacy

We use your name, birth details, email and questions only to produce and deliver your report and to provide support. We do not sell your information. A full privacy policy is to follow.

Use of the report

The report is for your personal use. You may share it with people you know, but you may not resell or republish it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

Credits

The constellation figures on the home page are adapted from H. A. Rey's figures in the Stellarium “modern_rey” sky culture by Mike Richards and Georg Zotti, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. We use a subset of the figures. Where a figure uses a star that the star catalog below does not list, we drop the star. A line that passed through it now joins the stars on either side. The adapted figures are shared under the same license.
